The 6" disks are less expensive than the 8" disks but when you need to grind and polish larger pieces of glass the 8" disks are indispensable. Its water cooled system means no messy oil to clean up and its faster RPM motor allows you to quickly polish your fused or kiln worked glass. You can now grind and polish the edges of your plates, bowls, vases, dichroic jewelry or even your flame-worked beads!
